All orders placed by 11am CST Monday – Friday are shipping the same day excluding Holidays & Special-Order items.
All orders are shipped UPS if you have a UPS account and wish to use your account please advise customer service. Otherwise shipping charges are added to your invoice.
Shipping totals on the website are estimates only actual shipping totals are determined when the shipment is boxed, measured & weighed. If you need exact shipping total before we ship, contact customer service, or put a note on your order to call with shipping total before shipping. Large, Heavy, & Styrofoam products may incur extra charges.
During warm weather a waiver is required to be signed for chocolate and for products that may melt. Cook Specialty will not credit/refund any product due to melting
Returns & Credits
All Returns require an authorization number. Please email email@example.com or call customer service at 1-414-328-4034. All Returns must be in resalable condition in the original packaging. Pack returns with adequate packaging and protection for its return to us. If it is damaged on the way back to us, you will need to file a shipping claim with your shipper. All returns must be received within 15 days of date of invoice. After 15 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Not returns allowed after 30 days from date of invoice.
